While delays are extremely rare, shipping may occasionally take slightly longer due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues outside our control.


Taxes & Customs

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at:

We will do our best to update the shipping information before the order is dispatched.

However, in some cases the shipment may already have been processed or shipped and address changes may no longer be possible.

If the package cannot be recovered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may offer a partial refund of up to 60% of the original order value.


Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately at:
